Fundraising without a plan is like fishing without a pole – no strategy, no tools….and lots of chasing. Nonprofits are dealing with ever increasing budgets that require more and more charitable support. How do we provide guidance, support and direction for our already extended Board members and fundraising staff? With a well-thought out and actionable Fundraising Plan. Not all fundraising activities are created equal – each have different purposes and ROIs. Taking the time to assess prior fundraising performance and then crafting a purposeful, diverse Fundraising Plan will help keep development activities moving forward.
